Director of Admission

The Director of Admission is responsible for St. Matthew’s recruitment, marketing, and enrollment management activities, including outreach to prospective students and families; management of the application, evaluation, and committee decision-making processes; organization of parent volunteer tour guides; maintenance of relevant data and statistics; and effective communication with families and other constituencies.

Reporting to the Head of School, the Director will collaborate as a member of the administrative team in support of the School’s mission and new strategic plan. Preferred qualifications include 3-5+ years of admission and/or independent school experience; an advanced degree; excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills; publications experience; warmth and a sense of humor.
